The City of Cape Coral would like to welcome you to an amazing opportunity to brand a product, sell a craft, or introduce yourself to the largest single day audience in Lee County. Your booth will be exposed to over 30,000 people. Do not attempt to place yourself without checking in with a member of the Event Team, and please do not leave equipment, tents, etc. unattended at any time after check-in. YOU MUST CHECK-IN WITH EVENT STAFF. Late arrivals will be placed at the discretion of the Event Coordinators.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The historic weather has called for wind and rain mid-afternoon, clearing by 4pm. Please secure your tents and equipment and be prepared. There is no staking on the Cape Coral Parkway. Please provide a sufficient anchoring system.
Vendor Check-in
9:00 am - 11:00 am
The staging area for vendor placement is located near Clipper Bay Condominium. YOU MUST CHECK-IN WITH EVENT STAFF.

Vehicles
9:30 am - 2:00 pm
All vendor vehicles will be allowed in the venue during 9:30 am - 2:00pm. Please be cautious of pedestrians and other vendors. NO vehicles will be allowed to re-enter the venue after 2:00 pm.
Event
5:00 pm -10:00 pm
The official start of Red, White & BOOM is at 5:00 pm. Please be respectful of all the vendors and the space you have rented. Be ready for business by 4:30 pm.
Breakdown
10:00 pm - 11:00 pm
NO vehicles will be allowed to enter the venue at the end of the night until given clearance by Cape Coral Police Department which should be around 10:45 pm.

Complete vendor reservation form
Copies of business license and 501c3 certificates can be submitted with your online application. E-mail completed application to aburris@capecoral.gov.

We will contact you
Our Vendor Coordinator will contact you within 1-2 business days and let you know if you have been accepted. Once accepted, you will be able to pay for your designated vendor space.
